This will connect your Ubunutu Linux (or Linux Mint) computer to a remote Mikrotik using L2TP/IPsec PSK VPN.
Check also the VPN setup on Mikrotik
Click on the network connection icon in taskbar, select Network Connections, then Add
Click on IPSec settings:
